Furnace Installation

Having previously dealt with the entire team at Hargrave HVAC, in the procurement and replacement of my furnace during one of the coldest weeks in 2018. I chose Hargrave HVAC as a result of their professionalism with the entire process, from the quotation stage to the installation stage. I was completely satisfied and could not be more happy after having dealt with Tim, Min and Janet, on the procurement side and the install team of Dimitri/Steve.

Steve on behalf of Hargrave Heating and AC was thorough, friendly and extremely easy to work with. The call was for AC service and Steve was very honest on his opinion that we need a replacement. He also checked on our 15 years old furnace. We were not prepared to replace both 15 years old AC & Furnace but Steve provided us with excellent choice and price. We were extremely happy with the price and service. I have to give credit to Antonio D. & Daniel who did a very professional and amazing job installing them. Above and beyond customer service.

We have had great experiences with Hargrave Heàting. We first dealt with Tim about five years ago for our new furnace and air conditioner installation and were completely satisfied. Tim was always quick to return our calls and answer any questions we had. When our daughter recently purchased a home she also had her furnace and air conditioner replaced by Hargrave. We can’t say enough about Antonio and his crew, very skilled and efficient and he took the time to explain everything to her. Last week our water heater broke. We called Tim and about two hour later they were at our home and the next day Antonio was there and replaced it. We will always deal with Hargrave and will highly recommend them to everyone.
